The Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA) is not-for-profit charity registered in Indonesia and based in Ubud, Bali.
The Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA) is currently hiring for the following positions:

Product Designer
Bali - Ubud - Gianyar

Responsibilities:

•     Making a design for T-shirt, Mug, Hat, Etc
•     Sourcing the product
•     Knowing market trend is an advantage

Requirements:

•     Competent and experienced in carrying out the above job scope including the following: Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator or similar multimedia design tool.
•     A competent high performer with one or more years of proven experience and track record of successful work accomplishment in multimedia and graphic design.
•     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or a higher qualification in related field.
•     Excellent leadership skills and command of English language, good influencing and persuasive communication skills.
•     A strong interest and passion in the learning and knowledge industry.
•     Uncompromising integrity and humility with high levels of commitment to the job and goal attainment.
•     A team player with high Emotional Excellence, self motivated, positive, creative and innovative.

Administration Clinic Supervisor
Bali - Ubud - Gianyar

Responsibilities:

•     For Animals Clinic maintenance
•     Ordering of medical supplies and consumables
•     Maintaining clinic inventories
•     Assisting our Clinic Manager in the general day to day operations of the facility

Requirements:

•     Must love & want to help animals.
•     A suitably qualified and experience person with sound organizational skills
•     Good communication in English and Bahasa
•     Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

Veterinarian (Dokter Hewan)
Bali - Gianyar

Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and monitoring of animal welfare including diagnosing and treating animals in accordance with foundation procedures

Requirements:

•     Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
•     Veterinary University graduate minimum Bachelor degree
•     Having clinical experience ( working with dogs & cats ) or Fresh Graduate is welcome
•     Must love and be passionate about animals and animal welfare.
•     Must not be afraid with of hard work.
•     Willing to work all shifts (day, evening and night shifts)
•     Basic English, spoken and written is essential.
•     Willing to learn and to undertake professional development in
•     contemporary animal welfare practice.
•     Member of IVMA as a plus.

Graphic Designer
Bali - UBUD - GIANYAR

Responsibilities:
Having plan and making a design models with higher creativities to support the company

Requirements:

•     Competent and experienced in carrying out the above job scope including the following: Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver, Wed design, Flash or similar multimedia design tool.
•     A competent high performer with one or more years of proven experience and track record of successful work accomplishment in multimedia and graphic design.
•     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or a higher qualification in related field.
•     Excellent leadership skills and command of English language, good influencing and persuasive communication skills.
•     A strong interest and passion in the learning and knowledge industry.

Shop Staff

Responsibilities:

•     Must love & want to help animals.
•     Provide assistance and execellent customer/visitor of BAWA shop.
•     Responsible for the operational aspect of the shop.
•     Location in Seminyak, Sanur and Ubud, Bali.
•     Educate visitors about animal welfare.
•     Sell BAWA products.

Requirements:

•     Able to work in shift
•     Good communication in English
•     Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
•     Interesting Salary will be offered

Shop Coordinator
Bali

Responsibilities:

•     Must love & want to help animals.
•     Provide assistance and execellent customer/visitor of BAWA shop.
•     Responsible for the operational aspect of the shop.
•     Position available for shop in Seminyak or  Sanur or Ubud, Bali.
•     Educate visitors about animal welfare.
•     Sell BAWA products.

Requirements:

•     Able to work in shift
•     Good communication in English
•     Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
•     Good Salary
•     Training will be provided

Sales Officer
Bali - Gianyar

Responsibilities:

•     Manage it’s regional sales for international acclaimed jewelry designer Janice Girardi.
•     Working out of the headquarters in Ubud but travel throughout Bali, and some regional travel.

Requirements:

•     Female only and fashionable
•     Proficient in computer applications.
•     Excellent written and spoken communications skills.
•     Excellent interpersonal skills
•     Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
•     Experience in sales activity, fashion jewelry/gemstones is a plus.
•     Excellent career opportunity for the right person ( could be a asst / manager )
