Production Supervisor
Cilegon (Banten) - Ciwandan

Responsibilities:

•     Operate production machines to produce finish products under related specification and production plan.
•     Prepare related document and keep record on production data. Prepare daily production report, record production parameter and problems concerned during production.
•     Performs adequate preventive maintenance, Trouble-shooting equipment issues. Cleaning production area and related equipment to be ready for production.
•     Inspection and prepare adequate raw materials concerned base on production plan
•      Ensure that all operations and plant under his control meet the short and longer-term production programs, in a cost effective and safe manner
•     Ensure effective and efficient operation of all plant/processes/equipment, and containing process losses and re-blends to the minimum. Ensure efficient consumption of energy, utilities and other resources.
•     Ensure that all activities carried out within the operations and plant under his control is in accordance with HSSE requirements.
•     Develop the plant operating procedures and work instruction jointly with the Regional Operations Manager.
•     Work with finance team in business to ensure that proper financial disciplines are in place along operations activities. Maintain and develop appropriate system in compliance with general accounting and management principles e.g. stock accounting, product costing, and operating cost structure.
•     Work with Regional Operation Manager on finish product production planning, inventory planning and procurement activities on goods and services. E.G. raw materials, finished product, drum packaging related to Bitumen, PMB and Emulsion or other specialties product grades within operations.
•     To undertake any other activities as required by management in relations to plant matters

Requirements:

•     Preference for a Bachelor degree qualification in Electrical Engineering
•     At least 5 years of production plant experience is required or working knowledge in Operations or manufacturing area
•     Strong planning, analytical and organization skill
•     Direct plant operations
•     Numeracy skills
•     IT application skills – excel, power point
•     Problem solving
•     Excellent communication & presentation and report writing skills
•     Team working
•     Electrical and PLC knowledge

Barge Master Barge Crew

Responsibilities:
Tanggung jawab Pekerjaan:

    Melakukan pengecekan sounding aspal dari tanker aspal sebelum discharge ke storage aspal di dalam barge dan bertanggungjawab terhadap proses discharging aspal dari tanker ke barge Melakukan proses pemanasan aspal, proses loading aspal dari barge ke truk atas koordinasi dengan staff Operasional Melakukan pengawasan dan Laporan seluruh kegiatan harian termasuk laporan sounding aspal, penggunaan solar, penggunaan spare part di barge dengan berkoordinasi dengan staff operasional

Requirements:

•     Minimal lulusan sekolah tinggi kelautan/sederajat
•     Memiliki sertifikasi Basic Safety Training (BST) dan buku Pelaut lebih diutamakan
•     Memiliki kemampuan sebagai loading master
•     Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di seluruh cabang perusahaan (termasuk diluar Jakarta)

Sales Executive - Medan (CODE: SEM02)
Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

•     Selling products (bitumen) and responsible anf perform billing that has been due to customers
•     Make a plan and actual quarterly, monthly, weekly sales system to ensure achievement of sales targets
•     Assist to develop and formulate marketing and pricing policies for bitumen sales and distribution
•     Running Daily Schedule & make progress reports to the Customer who has been targeted
•     Assist to develop and formulare markering and pricing policies for bitumen sales
•     Making a report to the superior related to the proposed sale and realization its sales constraints and solutions
•     Creating reports on customer complaints and provide recommendations for improving service
•     Identify sales prospects and a report on competitor activity on a regular basis
•     Make a plan and ensure that all administrative processes shipping implemented correctly

Requirements:

•     Male/ Female
•     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from engineering or economics majors
•     Min 2 years experience in the position described / fresh graduated welcome to apply
•     Excellent computer skill for Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and email
•     Fluent in English both oral and written
•     Good planning and organizing skills
•     Has a good analytical thinking
•     Having proper communication, negotiation as well as presentation skill

Legal & Compliance Administration Staff

Responsibilities:

•     To monitor and to renew all corporate & branches licenses: IUT, TDP, SIUP, SIUJK, SITU, Surat Domisili and Ijin Gangguan;
•     To update all related licenses and to adjust if there is any changes on the authorized person on the company and changes on related regulation;
•     To file (both in soft copy and hard copy) and to secure all original permits in a proper storage;
•     To monitor and to renew all business permits: API-P, Ijin Tempat Penimbunan Sementara BBM, Ijin Usaha Jasa Pertambangan (IUJP), Ijin Tempat Penimbunan Sementara (TPS)
•     To monitor and to organize renewal of company car licenses (STNK), trucks and equipments;
•     To file (both in soft copy and hard copy) and to secure all original permits in a proper storage;
•     To prepare and to submit all reports required by Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Ministry of Public Work, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and other related Ministry in a timely and regular basis.
•     To file (both in soft copy and hard copy) and to secure all original licenses/documentations in a proper storage;
•     To provide copies or original legal documents, corporate and business licenses on the prequalification and tender process.
•     To monitor the above documents, licenses and permits;
•     To collect and to file the original documents, licenses and permits once the process completed;
•     To file (both in soft copy and hard copy) and to secure all original contracts/agreements in a proper storage.

Requirements:

•     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
•     At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•     Knowledge on KUH Pidana and KUH Perdata, Company’s related laws laws, etc
•     Microsoft Office literacy
•     Good communication and analytical skill
•     Good logical thinking
•     Full-Time position(s) available.
