Human Resources Information System (HR-IS) Assistant Manager
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

•     Male/Female with min. 30  years of age
•     Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Information Technology/Information System
•     Computer literate (Ms. Office specially for Ms. Access and Ms. Excel)
•     Having experience in  implementation system/application in HR-IS
•     Strong in data processing with using Ms. Excel, Ms. Access, SQL Server, Oracle  
•     Having experience in analyst system
•     Having experience in system presentation
•     Good command of English, both oral & written
•     Can work under pressure, honest, good team work, discipline
•     Good attitude, detail oriented, accurate, diligent, team player, loyal/faithful person and able to do overtime if required
•     Full-Time position(s) available

Compensation And Benefits Assistant Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

•     Implementing the company’s compensation policy.
•     Analyses compensation surveys and obtains all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
•     Prepares salary and benefits budgets and proposals, and oversees implementation.
•     Conduct compensation surveys to determine market competitiveness.
•     Development to remuneration packing.

Requirements:

•     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
•     Possesses solid knowledge in multiple aspects of compensation (base pay, long-term incentive programs, annual incentive programs, sales compensation programs and reward and recognition programs).
•     Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia,
•     Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English both verbal and written).
•     At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•     Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
•     Full-Time position(s) available.
