Public Relation Manager
Magelang (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

•     Ensure optimum publicity is created for all major hotel happenings
•     Supervise taking of photographs and prepare news release of events undertaken by the hotel
•     Defines precisely VIP guests requirements and ensures that the services offered corresponds effectively to the guests requirements
•     Answers to complaints from clients, guests and the general public
•     Prepare in-house bulletins, newsletters and guest information
•     Organizes both internal and external PR activities. e.g. inter-departmental or in-house activities
•     Preparation and selection of all printed literature, sales tools, hotel give-aways with the GM

Requirements:

•     Holding min a Bachelor's Degree  & above from reputable university  (preferred  from Public Relations, Mass Communication majors)
•     Min 5 years+ relevant experiences and Min 3 year in managerial level from 3 to 5 stars hotel
•     Having good initiative, communication, managerial, presentation and analytical skills
•     Hold a great interest in general media and social media
•     Reliable, discipline and have a good responsibility
•     Strong presentation skills and know well how to present an idea to the client

Human Resources Manager

• Responsibilities:
• Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager, the Human Resources Manager will plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in personnel activities in areas of staff benefits, wages, salary, labor and employee relations, recruitment, as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for staff

•     Understands the principle of Good Corporate Governance practices

Director of Sales
Magelang (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

•     Supervises and directs the entire Sales Department
•     Directs the maintenance of all file systems
•     Maintains timely and effective communication with the Front Office and Revenue Departments regarding group rooms business
•     Researches local competition
•     Provides product quality feedback to the General Manager and the VP of Sales
•     Maintains a positive image for the hotel in the marketplace, and participates in community affairs
•     Solicits and services major accounts
•     Provides data to the General Manager for establishing the annual budget and forecast
•     Performs all other related duties/projects/reports as assigned by the General Manager/VP of Sales
•     Responsible for monthly forecasts and revisions
•     Exercises the hotel's policies and procedures in accordance with the above responsibilities

•     Able to analized training needs
•     Manage training budgets and control expenses
•     Provide training metrics and reports as required
•     Create training schedules and budgets
•     Deliver training courses
•     Able to provide the result of each training
•     Develop curriculum, agendas, materials, and assessments for training courses
•     Develop and test online, computer-based training, and e-Learning courses
•     Work with Trainers and Training Coordinators from other hotel unit
•     Willingness to learn subjects outside core field of expertise and be able to deliver basic training in a variety of subjects when required

Requirements:

•     Bachelor/ Diploma IV Degree (Organizational Development, Training & Development, Adult Learning, Education, Business Management, or Business Administration will be top considerations) or equivalent experience
•     At least 3 years experience working in similar position from 3 to 5 stars hotel
•     Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business resources
•     Demonstrated ability to engage and effectively interact with employees and leaders
•     Excellent multi-tasking, organization, time-management, and presentation skills
•     Ability to effectively develop course curriculum and deliver training courses
•     Strong Project Management skills: managing project plans, tasks, etc
•     Willing and able to work hours necessary to meet deadlines and respond to emergency demands
