Requirements:

is a competency-based development program that comprehensively designed for potential young professionals in the fresh graduate or min. have 1 year work experience which aims to develop, prepare, and equip them with the proper knowledge and skills needed to work well and contribute to company’s target achievement.
Through this program, participants will undergo in core business functions, such as credit officer, credit analysts, building cooperation with customers in the finance business activities in accordance with the applicable provisions of the company in order to meet the set targets.

    Male/Female, max age 25 years.
    D3/S1 from reputable university majoring in finance/engineering/Information System/Marketing with GPA min. 3.20
    Fresh Graduate/max. two year of work experience
    Proficiency in written and spoken English, TOEFL score minimum 500
    Good interpersonal skills and persuasive communication, cooperative and result/target oriented person
    Seeking for challenge with strong analytical thinking
    Highly motivated person, self-starter, and able to work under pressure
    Willing to be placed at all CSUL Finance branches
