Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

•     Ability to coordinate the efforts of some department in marketing, they are sales, promotion, even coordinator/artis/talent coordinator,design to chieve revenue and brand aware as Adora for midle up market.
•     Expert in Internet and social media sales,marketing and promotion strategy with a demonstrated track record.
•     Ability to lead in an environment of constant change and working with operational department.
•     Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visal communication software products, and creative services.
•     Managing external PR and communication consulting firms
•     Researching and evaluating new concept opportunities, demand for potential concept, and customer/market needs and insights.
•     Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing entertainment concept, club as branding, Karaoke Tv and Nilo Spa as our midle up market product
•     Working with team and opeartional department to manage new concept development.
•     Managing launch campaigns for new concept
•     Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
•     Understand about local and international artis demand
•     Managing media and marketing staff (Residence DJ, Design Graphic, Promotion, Account Executive, Event Coordinator)
•     Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.

Requirements:

•     Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
•     Required skill(s): leaddership, market research, Market Analysis.
•     Experinece in the global marketplace is a plus
•     Experience handled and have link in company function is a plus
•     At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•     Applicants must be willing to work in JL. By Pass Ngurah Rai no 888,sanur - Denpasar.
•     Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
