Responsibilities:

•     Observes, coaches, leads, inspires and motivates the Sales team; manages team visibility on the shop floor for optimal staffing and floor coverage;
•     Maintains highest standards of product presentation and store environment.

Requirements:

•     Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
•     Required language(s): English
•     At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•     Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Namu Airport,Medan,Sumatera Utara.
•     Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
