Heavy Equipment Sales
Kalimantan Timur - Bogor, Sumatera

Responsibilities:
  •     Actively selling and promoting the Company range of equipment.
  •     Meeting and exceeding agreed sales target & budgets.
  •     Travel and consult with customers giving providing the best solution for their application.
  •     Keep an up to date account of customer activities and operations.
  •     Provide the sales manager a daily report on sales activities.
  •     Report on missed sales opportunities.

Requirements:
  •     Male from 25 – 38 years old.
  •     Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering background is preferable
  •     Minimum 3 years of sales experience in machines and equipment or construction equipment sales.
  •     Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capacity to work well in a team.
  •     Achieving Results: Results driven, able to prioritize activities and to cope with time pressure and to work hard when necessary.
  •     Flexibility: Adapts easily to change and responds flexibly to a changing and evolving environment, adapts to Western Business practices in an International Group with people of different nationalities.
  •     Language skills: English preferred but not essential, good writing and speaking would be an advantage.
  •     Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
  •     Others: Ability to drive a car. Might have to travel for intervention on sites on a regularly basis for unlimited period

Safety Officer

Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Requirements:
  •     At least 3 years of experience within the coal mining sector (essential).
  •     Bachelor’s Degree, Safety and Health Environment background is preferable.
  •     Incident Investigating, inspection or induction and any other SHE related courses and qualifications would be recommended (such as K-3).
  •     Engineering /Trade qualification will be advantageous as well as
  •     Computer literate, strong Excel Skills.
  •     Able to work in high pressure circumstances.

Supervisor Electrical
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

  •     The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for all maintenance to maximize electrical continuity while achieving budgeted maintenance and production targets in a safe cost effective manner for equipment and facilities assigned to his responsibility.​
  •     The main challenge of the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is to effectively and efficiently maintain the electrical components and power distribution within the mine.​ The Supervisor's objective is to optimize the crews' contributions to achieving equipment availability and power delivery goals at a minimum cost.​
  •     All electrical maintenance is performed in the field, frequently under adverse conditions in widely separated locations of the mine.​ The Supervisor must therefore develop people to work without direct supervision for much of the shift and be able to delegate work effectively and efficiently.​ The Supervisor must be a proficient organizer to allocate personnel and service equipment to jobs in a productive manner.​ It is also essential that the Supervisor work closely with operations supervision in order to respond to production priorities and to effectively assign maintenance priorities on the off shift.​
  •     Although planning is the key to performing efficiently, the Supervisor must be flexible to react to unexpected circumstances such as premature or unscheduled breakdowns and conflicting priorities with other departments especially on the off-shifts.​  Another important aspect of the Supervisor's responsibilities is the training and motivating the crew.​ This responsibility is important for ensuring productivity, safety, and quality of work.​
  •     The Supervisor has total responsibility for his crew in the areas of safety, productivity, work standards, and personal matters.​  He ensures all planning, parts, procedures and follow up for shovel shutdowns are executed in a timely manner.​

Requirements:
  •     The ideal candidate would have previous electrical maintenance supervisory experience.
  •     Prefer College Degree
  •     Industrial Electrical and/​or PLC training classes.​
  •     3-5 years practical experience in an industrial setting performing electrical work and successful supervisory experience is essential.​
  •     Working knowledge of plant automation and electrical systems, high voltage = fixed plant and low voltage.
  •     A good working knowledge of computers and the ability to work with computerized maintenance management systems is a requirement.​

Operation Supervisor
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Requirements:
  •     This role is responsible to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the mining fleet and contractors working in the mining area during the shift.
  •     This role requires: Minimum 5 years experience in an earthmoving environment; Supervision in an open cast production (mining or civil earthmoving) environment; Experience in operating construction equipment.
  •     Experience in production planning and scheduling and fleet monitoring is preferred.
  •     The ability to identify and eliminate hazards in the workplace.
  •     A working knowledge of English is desirable.
  •     Proficiency the MS Office suite of applications.

Planner
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
  •     Responsible for planning preventive Maintenance schedules as well as corrective Maintenance tasks in Areas of the plant.
  •     These Planners ensure that at any time, it is possible to perform with the right means, all Maintenance tasks.
  •     The Maintenance Planners will also ensure that all the proper resources and materials are assigned to the tasks and stays within determined budgets.
  •     Ensure that all Maintenance tasks, either preventive or corrective are planned in the right time with the right means in the area
  •     Ensure that Maintenance spare parts are available as per the company’s specifications
  •     Develop a partnership with Production/Operations, Procurement, Engineering and other key stakeholders in the planning and scheduling process
  •      Ensure that the best practices are used to record, plan, supply, launch, follow and analyze all Maintenance tasks performed by Maintenance area employees
  •     Work with the Area Maintenance Supervisor and the Area Production Supervisors in order to improve the availability of equipment
  •     Analyze completed tasks and ensure any necessary changes are implemented after task completion to provide better efficiencies

Requirements:
  •     Engineering Technologist or related experience
  •     5+ years’ experience in a heavy industrial process setting
  •     2+ years’ technical supervisory experience
  •     Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is preferable)
  •     Competent in MS Word, Excel, Project. Competency in planning software
  •     Valid driver’s license

Engineering Draghtsman
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
  •     Responsibilities will be to design & detail special purpose machinery, including the input of data into the MRP system.
  •     To support the Product Development team by drawing new components and assemblies, and making changes to existing products.
  •     Perform minor design tasks and changes.
  •     Perform tolerance stack up checks and assign appropriate geometric tolerances to designs to ensure that components can be manufactured and then assembled.
  •     Undertake drawing changes and implement change control of components in conjunction with the other business functions, considering cost, quality, and lead-time.
    
Requirements:

  •     Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering subject.
  •     Knowledge of 3D CAD is essential to this role, there is no particular package required as my client is more interested in your experience.
  •     Experience & Knowledge of Geometric Tolerancing (GD&T) is also an advantage (but is not essential)
  •     Experience with designing special purpose machinery or automation equipment would also be an advantage, but is not essential.
  •     Industry experience in a mechanical detailing role.
  •     Have a good understanding of manufacturing process capabilities including sheet metal bending, machining, and welding, including associated tolerances and costs.
  •     Familiar with AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer (Creo Elements/Pro).
  •     Awareness of Hydraulic and Electrical systems would be beneficial and allow the role to expand to detailing other types of drawing.
  •     Proven team worker.

Cost Controller
Kalimantan Timur

Responsibilities:
  •     Working with the Project Management team to establish the initial project cost, budget and schedule.
  •     Providing customer required and management level data and associated reports on project cost and schedule progress including trend analysis and forecasts.
  •     Presenting and discussing data knowledgably at internal and external customer progress meetings.
  •     Managing the ongoing maintenance of the project cost and schedule baseline and associated information.
  •     Providing accurate and timely cost reporting to client and site management;
  •     Monitoring and recording site expenditure and purchase orders;
  •     Updating site relevant cash flow forecasts.

Requirements:
  •     Previous experience in a similar role, preferably from a manufacturing/fabrication company
  •     Experience working in a project control background including estimating variations.
  •     Experience using Microsoft Office system.
  •     Well-developed self-management skills and a demonstrated ability to work under own initiative in order to deliver outputs to time, quality and cost.
  •     Minimum 5 years in cost/project controls
  •     The ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate reports in restricted timeframes
  •     Working knowledge of change management.
  •     The ability to interact at all levels in a professional manner.
