Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

•     Direct reporting to local Managing Director on daily operations and direct reporting to SEA Unit Management Accountant and APNA Regional Financial Accountant on functional duties
•     Responsible for a full spectrum of accounting, tax and corporate secretarial matters, which requires liaising with internal and external parties.
•     Responsible for timely month-end closing, monthly schedules, quarterly group reporting, annual budgeting exercise and year-end statutory audit and reporting.
•     Manage accounting function in data processing and financial information to produce accurate financial report within the deadline
•     Coordinating and manage monthly and annual tax reporting in compliance with existing government regulation on a timely and efficient manner
•     Possess sound knowledge of Indonesia Tax regulation and able to do tax planning and provide advice to project team for cost efficiency and compliance to tax regulation.
•     Planning, coordinating and managing cash flow, especially company’s debts and payables, to ensure effective and efficient usage of funds, as well as, sufficient fund to support company operation 
•     Develop and maintain proper financial controls in place and ensure compliance with Group directives and policies.
•     Prepare monthly management report for local Managing Director, perform financial analysis and provide recommendation to management in making business decision.
•     Assist Project Managers in understanding of management account and co-ordinate the preparation of project invoices
•     In addition to the usual duties, which the job normally entails, the candidate may be required to undertake additional or ad-hoc duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company’s business.

Requirements:

•     Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
•     At least 10 years solid accounting-related experience. Experience with MNC companies and audit will be an added advantage.
•     Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Power Point
•     Experience in handling Group Reporting with the initiatives to develop local finance reporting structure, policies and processes
•     Excellent analytical skills with attention to details and strong integrity
•     Excellent communication with the ability to interact in English
•     Willing to be hands on and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
•     Age ranging from 30-38 years old preferred
