Sales Excellence Manager
Consumer Health Care Division (OTC) 

Responsibilities

•     Help to improve or develop specific sales force effectiveness plans as well as selling skills and product training.
•     Guarantee compliance of the sales excellence “9 by 6” process.
•     To analyze the sales/market data and produce relevant information, supporting the business to make fact based decisions.

Requirements

•     Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university. Preferably business, marketing or engineering.
•     Minimum of 5 - 7 years industry experience in a sales/SFE and mid to senior level marketing/sales management role from FMCG atau OTC business.
•     Previous experience with high tracked performance in SFE implementation
•     Excellent communicator with good cultural awareness
•     Excellent analytical ability and commercially astute
•     Ready to travel 35-50% of time
•     Possess and demonstrate the ability to form strong partnerships with cross-functional partners
•     Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
•     Excellent in English

Medical Representative Ethical 
Requirements

•     Completed at least Diploma  Degree.
•     Age maximum 30 years.
•     At least 1 year experience as Medical Representative for ethical product.
•     Having good communication and interpersonal skill.
•     Strong drive and enthusiasctic person

Administration Assistant (Contract Based)
Requirements

•     Minimum D III from Secretarial Background, age maximum 40 years.
•     Minimum 1 year experience in the same field, and has experience handle expatriate.
•     Able to handle project management, event organizer.
•     Excellent computer and internet skills, especially Microsoft Office.
•     Fluent in English both written and oral.
•     Good in details, and able to work under pressure.
