ASSISTANT MANAGER HR

Job Responsible

•     To manage and maintaining all HR daily activities
•     To ensure the implementation of system, policy and procedures throughout the company.
•     To manage recruitment and staffing process
•     To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. people motivation, discipline, employee services, and grievance procedures)
•     To manage general HR administration, as well as to analyse and improve current administration practices
•     To manage ISO documentation and implementation
•     To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization

General Requirements:

•     Female/Male
•     Age 30-35 years.
•     Min S1 Degree from reputable University.
•     Minimum 5 years working experiences in the same position
•     Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
•     Able to work independently and team
•     Computer and database literate
•     Office location :Soewarna Business Park, Cengkareng
•     Working days include 2 Saturdays in a month (half day)

Requirements:

•     Male/Female, age max 28 years old
•     Hold Bachelor Degree (Psychology is preferable) with min GPA 3.00
•     Having min 1 -2 years working experiences at the same field in manufacturing industry
•     Know the end-to-end process in the recruitment department
•     Excellent skill to operate computer (MS Office, etc.) and good administration skill for reporting, filing, etc.
•     Administrative duties such as proper documentation arrangement, record, courier service arrangement, & travel arrangement
•     Good command in English both oral and written
•     Good communication skills
•     Mature, detail & meticulous, self motivated, independent, and able to work individually as well as in a team
•     Willing to be placed at Head Office in Jakarta
