Fixed Plant Mechanic
Jawa Barat - Maloko (Bogor)

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

    The work is to do P.M/repairing/recond/overhaul/troubleshooting/mechanical jobs of crushing plant equipments. The classify is to distinguish the personal ability in work experience, knowledge, leadership or seniority and responsibility level

Requirements:
Education:

    Bachelor or Diploma 3 degree in Electrical/Mechanical Background

Experience:

    3 years experience at Mechanical jobs

Computer literacy:

    Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes

Language:

    English proficiency, oral & written

Other qualification / skills:

    Be able to read parts book, service manual, mechanical data’s Has ability to analysed or trouble-shooter problem Has ability to used special & diagnostic tools Be able to operate computer system for paper work purposes Be able to technical drawing by autocad Has a leadership sign

Quarry Face Team Leader
Jawa Barat - Jeladri

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:               

As Quarry Face Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible to supply raw material tocrusher in accordance with the quantity and quality specified in the shift. Moreover, the incumbent will also responsible to loading final product to truck and maintain stock pile. The assignment will be covering but not limited to:

    Coordinate and manage team member in quarry
    Evaluate daily performance of the quarry
    Coordinateand supervise the activities of loading and the carriage from loading point to the Crusher.
    Create mine plan design

Requirements:

    Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil and Mining is preferable)
    Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in mining
    Microsoft office, Auto CAD, preferably experience with mine planning
    Good in English And Bahasa
    Have intermediate to advanced knowledge of mining (include UU Keselamatan Kerja Tambang)
    Mastery the working ways of Heavy Equipment (Excavator, Bulldozer, Loader, Dump truck)
    Demonstrate ability to read mining map
    Ability to coordinate and manage subordinate.
    Effective communication skills

Material Control & Dispatch Team Leader

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:                  

As Material Control & Dispatch Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible to supervise the material control and dispatch process.  The task will be covering but not limited to:

    Prepare production report from SAP
    Manage cash administration and Stock Take Material
    Manage delivery of material to customer in timely manner
    Monitor Customer Service and scale house activity.

Requirements:

Education :

    Min. Bachelor Diploma Degree from related major.

Experience :

    Preparing supporting data of General Ledger and perform Closing Financial Statement in accordance with Holcim Indonesia’s accounting standards
    To fully support in maintaining accounting records, reports, systems and procedures, in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Education :

    Bachelor Degree in Economic (Accounting, Management, or Tax specialist) from reputable university

Experience :

    Min. 2 years experiences in the accounting and or financial reporting area or auditing plus

    Microsoft Office, SAP

Language :

    Good command in English oral and written

    Good accounting and financial reporting skills
