Budget Control Supervisor
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budget of the company (oil palm plantation).
• Review and analyze performance of actual compare with budget.
• Conduct daily monitoring and controlling on budget realization in order to ensure compliance with the Company’s Policy & Procedures
• Monitor the implementation of IT systems and check the accuracy of database
• Make budget analysis report

Requirements:

• Experience min. 2 years as the same position in oil palm plantation
• Bachelor degree of Accounting, Agronomy, Management or equivalent
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office, Ms. Power Project, Internet)
• IT system knowledge is advantage
• Able to speak English fluently written and oral
• Having good communication skill internally and externally.
• Having good leadership skill and good in teamwork as well.
• Willing to travel on duty to estate

About Fresh Dynamics Indonesia and the VegIMPACT program

The vegIMPACT program is an initiative of Wageningen University and Research Centre from the Netherlands, the Royal Dutch Embassy in Jakarta and Indonesian partners such as Fresh Dynamics Indonesia, the Indonesian institute for Vegetables Research (Balitsa), and the Directorate General Horticultural Production. The objectives of this four year program are among others:

    to improve Vegetable Production and Marketing for small farmers;
    to increase the Food Security status
    to promote Private Sector Development in Indonesia
    reduction in occupational health risks for women and
    increased employment

The vegIMPACT program builds on the results of previous Indonesian-Dutch horticultural development projects as well as farmers’ training. Tangible results of these projects were: increased profitability of vegetable production at farmer’s level, improved product quality, better food safety and less emission of agro-chemicals. The project will conduct activities in 5 provinces of Indonesia.

PT Fresh Dynamics Indonesia is a small consultancy firm of experienced supply chain experts. We manage the VegIMPACT local support office in Jakarta.


PT. Fresh Dynamics Indonesia is now looking for a

Office Manager VegIMPACT support office (1 fte)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Tasks of the Office Manager:

•     Daily office management and administration, including financial administration
•     Assisting the manager of the Veg-IMPACT support office in Indonesia in her tasks 
•     Planning  and organisation of meetings, including minutes taking and follow up agendas
•     Liaisons with and supporting of national and international veg-IMPACT staff including travel arrangements (hotel, transport).
•     Management of veg-IMPACT website and databases (contacts, products, literature)
•     Supporting the project manager with communication and promotional activities
•     Organisation of training / coaching / demonstration activities of the Veg-IMPACT project in collaboration with national and international experts.
•     Translation of documents from Bahasa Indonesia into English and English into Bahasa
•     Desktop research of markets, products, market partners as well as trends and  developments in the agri sector
•     Organise and conduct (telephone) surveys and interviews
•     Backstopping and supporting supply chain facilitators

Requirements:
Requested Expertise (Office Manager):

    Degree in marketing, accountancy,  economy, agribusiness or equivalent level. Candidates with secretarial diploma with extensive experience are also invited to apply
    Some years of practical experience in all aspects of office management
    Book keeping and computers skills

Required Skills (Office Manager):

    Project and office management skills, in particular experience of administrative and   financial programs. 
    Accurate, well organised, service oriented, diligent, positive, enthusiastic attitude
    Able to deal with national and international project staff with a diversity of backgrounds
    Communication skills in English and bahasa Indonesia
    Computer and reporting skills.

Other relevant information about this Fresh Dynamics Asia – Veg-IMPACT position:

    Duty Station Jakarta.
    Starting date: as soon as possible, preferably 9 September
    You work under the responsibility of the manager of the Veg-IMPACT local support office
    Incidentally long and irregular working / travel days and work in the weekends can be requested
    Fresh Dynamics Asia offers a one year contract with possibilities for extension
