Human Resources Staff (Subject: HR Staff)

Responsibilities:

Help genba team to get real time attendance / absent status, overtime status, overtime data input

Requirements:

• Male, 19 – 25 years oldDiploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university, any major with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Have 1 years experience in similar field (fresh graduate are welcome for applying)Has good communication skill, and able to work in team.
• Hardworking, available to work overtime, and can work under pressure.
• Have good numerical ability, logic of verbal, analitical thinking and more on accuracy.
• Willing to be placed at Purwakarta

Industrial Engineering Assistant Manager (Subject : IE AM)

Responsibilities:
Productivity and efficiency improvement for Workshop General Repair and Body Repair

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Has more than 2 years experience in the same field.
• Male, Age 32-38 years old.
• Computer literate and fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
  Having knowledge in automotive is an advantage.
• Having deep analysis thinking and excellence in communication skill is a must.
• Willing to travel, can work under pressure, fast learned, hard working, and has big interest in automotive.

Research & Development Staff (Subject : R & D)

• Requirements:
• Willing to be trained at Thailand for several months.
• Diploma degree from reputable university, major in Electrical, Industrial,  or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Preferably have experience in manufacturing (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
• Single, 22-35 years old.
• Willing to be placed at Cikampek.
• Understand automotive parts and can read technical drawing will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written (TOEIC score > 500).
• Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.

Safety Staff (Subject: Safety Staff)

Responsibilities:

•     Conducts program assessments to identify dept program deficiencies
•     Design, develops and conduct safety programs
•     Develops and maintains safety & health program
•     Conduct periodic health, safety audits in all dept
•     Plans and promotes safety programs
•     Assist with accident inverstigations as needed, insures that process take necessary corrective action 

Requirements:

•     Male, 23 – 30 years old
•     Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Health & Safety or Mechanical Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
•     Min 2 years experience in similar field
•     Able to communicate in English
•     Good communication skill and leadership
•     Has good communication skill, and able to work in team
•     Hardworking, available to work overtime, and can work under pressure
•     Have good perspective, logic of verbal and analitical thinking

Accounting Staff (Subject : Acc-TB)

Responsibilities:

•     Check FSI & Warranty Claim from dealer
•     Check VAT in & VAT out (physic & system)
•     Reconcile VAT In & VAT Out
•     Support general report

Requirements:

•     Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00.
•     Male, single, age 23-27 years old.
•     Has 1 year experience in the same field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
•     Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
•     Have good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
•     Computer literate, fast learned, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime.
•     Have interest in automotive.
•     English min. Passive
