Investor Relation Supervisor

Task & Responsibilities

Main responsibility is to support Investor Relation function by making quarterly analysis on business unit performance including benchmark it to competitors and / or industry. Which business unit will be supervised by new employee depends on future job allocation among Investor Relation members. This job includes maintain and update data base on business units, industry, and macro economy. New employees will gradually increase his / her involvement in any projects such as analyst briefing, annual general meeting, annual reports, etc.

•     Understand the company's business operation
•     Collect data and / or information in relation to business units, industry and macro economy
•     Update data base in relation to business units, industry, and macro economy
•     Provide quarterly analysis business units
•     Provide analysis on business units performance in comparison to the peers or industry
•     Attend any regular meeting of business units and prepare minutes of meeting on any issues discussed during the meetings
•     Attend and observe any investor meetings to speed up his / her learning process in understanding Company's business operation as well as Investor Relation job
•     Attend any investor meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
•     Become a second man to lead any investor meetings

Qualification Required :

•     Preferably Male
•     Minimum education : Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university (overseas university would be an advantage)
•     Minimum three years experience
•     Have knowledge in accounting and / or finance (including financial analysis technics)
•     Good analytical thinking for doing in-depth analysis
•     Computer literacy (at least MS Office)
•     Good in English (preferable both in written and speaking)
•     Able to work in a team
•     Able to work under pressure
•     Should be ready dealing with investors / analyst

ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilites

•     Provide reporting and accountability to PDSHE Manager
•     Contribute in particular areas of environmental, such as:
•         Provide value add and measurability
•         Increase Service Level PDSHE CHR
•         Prepare database systems, reporting and standards, methods and certification
•         Conduct coaching & counseling PD SHE CHR in the field of environment
•     Maintain and improve networking with government (KLH RI)
•     Create and update Database Annual Report (AR) / Sustainability Report (SR)

 Job Requirements:

•     Male, 30 – 35 years old
•     Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering
•     Min. 5 years experience in the field of environmental management, particularly in the corporate food, beverage, plantations or agro-industry
•     Have knowledge about the rules and regulations of the environment, cleaner production, energy efficiency, water conversion, CDM, RSPO, ISPO, EMS / ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 50001EnMS and basic of community development
•     Experience in Liquid waste management and wastewater treatment system / WWTP, B3 waste and domestic waste, B3 waste reduction and utilization / non B3, 3R, Management of mobile source emissions and not moving, PROPER (mandatory & beyond compliance).
•     Have good knowledge about AMDAL (B)/UKL-UPL ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, EPCM/MPPA, MPPU

Legal Manager
Job Descriptions :

• Manage all legal aspects and activities including licensing issues related to operational of Indofood CBP Group
• Providing legal opinion and evaluating legal implications for any corporative actions, current investment and new business ventures
• Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatorly issues that may affect to the company
• Draft and review contract arrangements with third party
• Manage all documents of contracts and licensing that related with operational of Indofood CBP Group
• Represent the company in secure and maintain the company’s interest from all legal risks
• Ensure the company compliance to the legislations and laws

Job Requirements :

• Male / Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Have 5 years experience in related field
• Experienced in handling cross border transaction, join ventures, merger and acquisition, corporate finance and banking
• Experienced in handling foreign investment projects and intellectual property matters
• Have certain level of knowledge and exposures in capital market, corporate finance and banking
• Preferably Lawyer from Law Firm / Multinational corporation / Big group companies
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Exposure to foreign counter part

MIS Manager
Responsibilities :

•     Conducting planning, implementation, and monitoring of information systems in order to run properly to support operation activities
•     Optimizing and developing the existing information systems in order to improve efficiency and productivity with IT division PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur

 Requirement :

•     Male, Max. 40 years old
•     Bachelor degree, majoring Information Technology
•     Min. 5 years experiences in the same fields
•     Good communication and leadership skill
•     Can speak English well
•     Have knowledge and experience in SAP field

HR Manager

Job Descriptions :

•     Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures.
•     Plan, develop and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management
•     Organize, coordinating and monitor the process of employee’s performance appraisal
•     Administer and setting process Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation or Mutation), Termination, Retirement and Rehire

 Qualifications Required :

•     Male, max. 40 years old
•     Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in HR Management, Law, or Psychology
•     Minimum five years experience as HR Manager
•     Able to formulate and implement HR strategy & policies to drive performance
•     Good leadership, result orientation, communication & negotiation skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
•     Good knowledge about Industrial Relation, HR, General Affairs, and administration
•     Having Government Regulation Knowledge
•     Good command in English (oral & written)
•     Having HR SAP background
•     Willing to be placed in Karawang
