RECEPTIONIST
Requirements:

•     Male/Female
•     Minimum education of Diploma in any major with 2 years of experience in education
•     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•     Pleasant personality and caring for children
•     Able to deal with difficult clients or customers
•     Pleasant personality and self-motivated
•     Well-organized, Friendly and polite

Job Description

•     Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public and explain GEC programs
•     Answers incoming telephone calls, and other telephone duties such as follow up with customers
•     Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
•     Provide administrative services for the school
•     Perform other related duties as required
