Finance Manager - Jakarta

Our Client, a MNC in the telecomunication industry, is looking for a Fiance Manager for their Jakarta office

Responisbilities:

•     Responsible for maintaining financial and management reporting, planning, group reporting and controls.
•     Lead and manage the Accounting team and oversee the entirety of the financial accounting and reporting functions for the business
•     Establish and maintain proper accounting internal controls to ensure accurate records and statements
•     Assist country manager on order booking, sales booking, collection matters and preparing sales reports
•     Undertake any other ad-hoc projects
•     Handle full set of Accounts independently
•     Be responsible for daily accounting functions; including cash management, AP payment and customer invoicing
•     Prepare period end closing, budgets and financial statements and reports
•     Coordinate annual audit exercises with internal/ external auditor
•     Handle tax compliance, queries and disputes from tax authorities and where necessary, obtain professional advices and assistances from tax consultants
•     Assist in performing the company secretarial function; and perform any other duties as assigned.
•     Bank transactions and reconciliation
•     Assist in setup and implementation of policies and internal controls
•     Generating the weekly aging report, preparing monthly AR statement of account
•     Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Be responsible for all aspects of the accounting, treasury and tax functions
•     To assist in controlling finances and accounting reports of Indonesia
•     Additional related services as requested by Company from time to time.
•     Handle employees’ payroll, socials and taxes.

Requirements

•     CPA or internationally recognized equivalent, with recognized degree in Accountancy
•     7-8 years of work experience in accounting, accounts payable, internal controls, processes, customer invoicing
•     Familiar with reporting standards and local tax regulations
•     Strong analytical and good IT knowledge
•     Good interpersonal and communication skills
•     Self-starter and highly independent
•     Able to multi-task and meet tight reporting deadlines
•     Candidates who are currently working in SME companies who are interested to work in similar set up are preferred.
•     Proficiency in MS office
•     Can work independently, responsible, dedicated
•     Good comand of English
