Technician Staff 
Requirements
  •     Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  •     Required skill(s): - Understanding PLC, Boiler, Chiller, Willing to working shift.
  •     Required language(s): English
  •     At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  •     Applicants must be willing to work in Sidoarjo.
  •     Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

Packaging Bevereges Specialist 
Responsibilities
  •     Directly supervise the activities of  employees in the areas of Pet, Can, filling, labeling, packaging and palletizing.
  •     Ensure all policies and procedures are followed for quality, safety and efficient operations
  •     Provide support as required to Maintenance, Brewing and Warehouse personnel during off-shifts
  •     Work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure optimal equipment reliability.  Coordinate plant maintenance work for  weekends
  •     Review and update standard operating procedures
  •     Work with managers and peers to develop and implement best manufacturing practices
  •     Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of quality, capacity, efficiency and cost-savings within the Packaging Department
  •     Actively participate in continuous improvement such as 5S, Kaizen initiatives and other cross-functional projects
  •     Actively participate in employee engagement using standardized process and systems

Requirements
  •     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  •     Required skill(s): packaging technology, packaging development, Manufacturing Production Management.
  •     At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Packaging Supervisor in Bevereges Company
  •     Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Formulator 
Requirements
  •     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or Industrial Engineering.
  •     Required skill(s): have knowledge about food especially snack products, have knowledge about production process especially snack products.
  •     At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
