PT DIAMOND COLD STORAGE

A well-known dairy products manufacturing and distribution company is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of:

ENGINEERING MANAGER (Code: EM)

Responsibilities:

•     Manage and control the Engineering Department (Operational for Factory, Cold Storage and Logistic) efficiently towards achievement of the targeted needs and requirements of all departments in the organization
•     Formulate and ensure the schedule of Preventive Maintenance Program, Pre-filling Operations, Emergency Repair Operations, Utilities Operations are established and adhere to in order that the all operating plants junction with minimum unplanned downtime
•     Manage all improvements and plant facilities carried out are of the highest standard and meet the company quality standards and requirements (such as: Hygiene, GMP, HACCP, ISO, Health and Safety Environment) and ensure ISO implementation
•     Select and evaluate external contractors for implementation of projects and carrying out mechanical, electrical and civil works
•     Ensure ISO implementation is carrying out to maintain ISO standards within the organization
•     Select and evaluate external contractors for implementation of projects and carrying out mechanical, electrical and civil works
•     Manage and implement safety policy to ensure all staffs and contractors carry out the project and improvement works in the safest manner and adhere to the Diamond safety policy

Requirements:

•     Male, min. Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering with GPA > 3.00
•     Must have at least 8 years working experience inpacking machine as well as other icecream machinery
•     Must have good knowledge of refrigeration, cold room and instrumentation, also dairy process knowledge
•     Preferably havingexperience working as rotating equipment/mechanical engineer during Detailed Design, Fabrication, Integration, and  cold storage / refrigeration  processing facilities, preferably with some experience of floating facilities
•     Proficient to interpretation technical drawings and electrical diagrams
•     Fluent in English, written and verbal
•     Able to plan, organize work schedule for subordinates and contractors
•     Process good analytical skills for equipment improvement and process technology

PRODUCTION MANAGER (Code: PM)
Responsibility:

•     As a Project Leader of Continuous Improvement Leader by coordinating, planning, executing production process to achieve the KPI target such as productivity, waste level, production cost, quality, and production safety
•     Managing and motivating large team of employees in production floor, streamline process, control cost to identify cost saving
•     Able to control daily production, quality, cost, safety and delivery in production section
•     Able to analyze skill both in raw material, processing and packaging

Requirements:

•     Male, age between 30 – 40 years old
•     Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering, GPA > 3.00
•     Minimal 5 years experience as Production Manager in consumer goods / dairy goods products
•     Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, QMS and Manufacturing System overall
•     Excellent in operating MS Office, good communication in Bahasa and English (preferably understand Mandarin)
•     Trusty, responsibility, confidence, high initiative, motivator, innovation, empowerment
•     Problem solver and good leadership skill
•     Willing to be placed in Bekasi

SALES MANAGER - FOOD SERVICE (Code: SM)

Responsibility:

•     Generate sales volume and value trough the development and implementation of a structured, time and target sensitive, sales program founded on the principal of pro-active sales
•     Cold calling is to be a daily activitiy and a disciplined approach shoud be adopted at all times
•     Actively network within the all business partners and closing of sales and preparation of license
•     Create and execute strategic plans for food service sales, profit and staff development
•     Analyze financial performance and formulate business plan to enchance sales of food service and profitability
•     Ensure cost control in terms of food and beverage stock, manpower cost, cutleries and others
•     Develop and maintain company in terms of image, customer service and quality of food and beverage
•     Maintaining high standard of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
•     Controlling modern market (food service), traditional and Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) targets

Requirements:

•     Male / Female, age maximum 35 years old
•     Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Food Technology or any discipline, GPA > 3.00
•     Minimal 5 years experience in the similar position in dairy products / food products
•     Preferably candidates with excellent leadership skills in managing big teams and able to work under pressure and independently
•     Excellent in operating MS Office, good communication in Bahasa and English (preferably understand Mandarin)
•     Willing to be placed in Bekasi
